in for hood/body damage, repair was guarenteed in 3days, and the work was completed in 3 days, true to their word. soon after that i took my fiance's car in for body scratches and their repair was seamless. I have to say they do an incredible job, i love the open communication, and it is easy to reach them by phone. due to my bad luck i have another fender bender, ill be calling them soon for repairs, way to go great bear, i look forward to many years of service from you guys...
friendliest service. I know they do is what I need, and my car has 250405 miles. I get car smarter when they do service. Audra always explains to me step by step. Ive been to other places but will only go here.. I like the stools at the counter. Feels like being at Cheers.

excellent. their work is excellent... their work is fast. they never say no. they are honest, always find the parts. They have great expertise in cars and I trust them. I always refer them to people I know, especially women. I know they do not take advantage of women. Thats why I go there. And you should too!
Aaron - Feb 9, 2011 about Great Bear on Sanford Ave. Of course the most important thing is that your mechanic is amazing and trustworthy, with Audra, that's a given, but to put the cherry on top she's the sweetest thing ever. So not only do we have an amazing mechanic and staff, and a trustworthy source, but also wonderful people who only look to do right by their customers and do what's best and what's right. My family and I have used this shop for almost 20 years and even though I now live on Long Island, I still come all the way here to have my car worked on because there is no better place. Two words, the best...end of story!

I have been going to Great Bear Auto & Body Center for almost three years now. Of course, I will continue going there because the service is excellent and staff there are very friendly. They did a quality job on my cars every time I went. Also, the price is very reasonable. Most importantly, I do not need to worry about getting tricked. I am lucky to have such a good service center to rely on to take care of my cars. I especially appreciate Danny for his great help and advice every time I go.
david - Nov 12, 2010 I spent some time trying to find good honest vehicle inspection in a government system chartered to grant permission to register your vehicle, are also the ones who can fix your "problem" and allow you to pass. I call that a conflict of interests. Luckily I found Great Bear on Northern and am finally confident that I will get honest, and competent service. Great Bear people obviously like their business, and the people they service.

I had superficial damage to the driver door side of my 2007 Toyota Corolla. I took it to the Toyota shop and waited for an hour and they still did not look at my car due to the volume. I took my car, left and brought it to Great Bear Auto on Sanford ave and Northern blvd. Once I got there, Danny (the mechanic) took a look right away and gave me a free quote. I was worried if a non-Toyota establishment could do a good job on fixing the dents and gouges on my door panel. I agreed to the work and in 1 day the work was done. You could not tell by looking at the door that there was any sort of damage. It looks as good as new. The paint they used matched perfectly. I was impressed by their efficiency, quality, and professionalism. I recommend them to anyone looking for body work on their car. Can't wait to try them again if something else goes wrong with my car.
